Utility Expense Management Services

The Vendor is required to provide to conduct market research and gather information regarding potential utility expense management services that are currently available in the marketplace.
- Develop a general understanding of vendor offerings and capabilities, and obtain vendor feedback regarding operating models, leading practices, pricing structures.
- State that require various utilities including but not limited to, water, electric, natural gas, heating fuel and propane, cable, internet, landline and cellular telephone services, and satellite services.
- Ensure the safety of the state's roadways, prevent and investigate crime, prepare for and respond to emergencies and disasters, and provide support to other law enforcement agencies across state.
