Business Suits and Professional Attire Services

The vendor is required to provide business suits and professional attire services for include:
1. On-campus suit design
•    Contractor shall host an in-person suit design and fitting session at a athletics facility.
•    During this session, student-athletes will be measured and will select their suit design and customization options.
•    All travel expenses to and from facilities will be the responsibility of the contractor.
2. Business suits and professional attire
•    Men’s attire
o    Jacket
o    Pants
o    Shirt
o    Tie
•    Women’s attire
o    Jacket
o    Pants
o    Shirt
•    Accessories
o    Each suit must include a garment bag, hanger, and a name card for identification.
3. Customization options
•    Embroidered student name inside the jacket.
•    Customized inner lining, with the option to include an officially licensed collegiate logo.
•    A minimum of three (3) fabric color options.
•    Choices for jacket lapel style, vent style, pocket configuration, and number of front buttons.
4. Fabric quality
•    Suit fabric must have a thread count between 100 and 140.
5. Gender-inclusive service
•    Contractor must be experienced in tailoring for both male and female apparel.
6. Measurement and fitting services
•    A minimum of 10 individual measurements must be taken to ensure a custom fit.
•    All measurements will be taken at a athletics facility at one siting.
•    All travel expenses to athletics facilities will be the responsibility of the contractor.
