Affordable Housing Financial Analysis and Related Consulting Services

The Vendor is required to provide affordable housing financial analysis and related consulting services.
- Services include:
•    Financial feasibility analysis of project pro formats submitted by affordable housing developer(s) in conjunction with a comprehensive project financial assistance package being requested from the city council for specific project(s).
•    Preparation of section 33433 summary report(s) as required by community redevelopment law.
•    Compliance monitoring for affordable housing rental, mobile home, and/or for-sale developments sponsored by the city, including but not limited to, the evaluation of annual operating results to determine appropriate loan repayments and/or restructuring.
•    Preparation of annual household limits and affordable rents/sales prices for various income categories and/or specific project(s).
•    Preparation of an in-lieu/inclusionary housing policy and fee analysis.
•    Preparation for, and attendance at, public hearings and meetings.
•    Other financial studies and/or analyses may be requested from time to time.
