Rate Design Consultant Services

The vendor is required to provide rate design consulting services in various electric and natural gas cases.
- Outside rate design consulting services will be awarded on the basis of the hourly rate, estimated total costs, and type and quality of utility experience the provider has in rendering consulting services for parties involved with public utility regulation.
- The consumer counsel and professional staff on an as-requested basis in connection with utility cases.
- Consulting services will be submitted to the outside rate design consultant from time to time. each specific request will be deemed a “project”
- Outside rate design consulting services proposed by the outside consultant and mutually agreed to by the agency representative.
- Services performed by the outside rate design consultant(s) shall come from the agency representative. 
- All services performed by the outside rate design consultant(s) shall be subject to review and must meet the reasonable satisfaction of the agency representative.

- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
