Facilitation Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide services to provide facilitation services for a series of working groups tasked with providing input on policy options to address the recommendations from the 2024 seniors lodge program review panel final report.
- The facilitator will support the project through well facilitated, inclusive, and outcome-oriented in-person and virtual working group sessions.
- Services include:
•    Facilitate a series of in-person and virtual working group meetings in counties. (a meeting may be in red deer depending on working group membership) throughout the month of September. 
•    Four working groups will consist of external stakeholders including housing providers, stakeholder associations, municipal representatives, and government staff to aid in supporting the refining of policy options for the recommendations identified through the seniors lodge program
•    Review panel.
•    Collaborate with the council to ensure clear goals, timelines, and deliverables for each group.
•    Ensure inclusive participation and management of group dynamics in a hybrid environment.
•    Assist in documenting key discussion points, decisions, and action items.
•    Provide regular progress updates to the project lead.
•    Collaborate with the council to ensure working group discussions are accurately reflected and captured.
•    Travel to facilitate meetings in different cities.
