The vendor is required to provide communities of practice (COP) consultant – one focused on community colleges and the other on state-operated colleges.
• Establish and manage a university community of practice (COP) for community colleges on the development of strategies to ensure strong program value and communicate that value.
• Create a report that outlines campus metrics, a gap analysis, and prioritized recommendations focused on degree programs at university campuses that are associated with occupations that have lower post-completion wage levels.
• Provide technical assistance to participating campuses, including needs assessments, coaching, strategy development and resource sharing.
• Facilitate systemwide virtual convenings to promote shared learning, capacity-building and collaboration.
• Build a network of campus champions and practitioners to sustain engagement and momentum.
• Submit quarterly reports to university system administration summarizing activities, findings, and campus progress towards benchmarks.
• September 2025 – December 2025: provider will engage participating campuses and conduct a needs assessment, gap analysis, and opportunity prioritization.
• January 2026 – august 2026: provider will conduct and oversee a COP, providing technical assistance to campuses and building capacity at the campus and system levels.
