Tree Maintenance Removal and Consulting Services

The vendor is required to provide tree maintenance removal and consulting services but not be limited to care and treatments against insects, diseases and nutritional deficiencies.
- Maintenance and repair:
•    Perform all service on site unless university grants permission to remove equipment from site.
•    Service calls received before noon must be acknowledged by end of business of the same day and service must begin within three days of initial call unless otherwise agreed upon by the contractor and university representative. 
•    Complete all services within two weeks of the initial call, or as agreed upon by the university representative. 
•    If contractor cannot complete all services within this time, the contractor must provide a progress report of the repair to the department. 
•    The service representative shall leave with the ordering department a copy of a dated, written report indicating the service performed. 
•    This report must be signed by the university representative.
