The Vendor is required to provide to deliver a high-impact executive leadership development program, modelled on the structure and rigor of an agency.
- Key Requirements:
• The program must be tailored for executive-level participants and reflect current best practices in leadership development.
• Preference will be given to programs that culminate in a recognized certification (e.g., lean six sigma, leads, or equivalent).
• The curriculum should include a blend of in-person and virtual learning modalities, with industry related experiential learning components.
• Proposals should demonstrate measurable outcomes and include post-program support or coaching.
• Must provide examples of past successful implementations and client references.
- Must include core business topics (e.g., strategy, finance, and marketing) and leadership essentials (e.g., emotional intelligence, change management).
- This includes universities, colleges, or professional training organizations with formal accreditation from a national or international body.
- Provide evidence of teaching or professional experience in areas such as strategy, finance, marketing, emotional intelligence, or change management.
- The program should be designed for senior leaders and high-potential executives, with a focus on strategic thinking, innovation, financial acumen, and organizational leadership.
