The vendor is required to provide for building automation systems, software licensing, replacement parts, maintenance service, programming, and troubleshooting.
- Regular service hours:
• Regular university services hours shall be defined as 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
- Emergency hours:
• Emergency service hours shall be defined as any hours outside of regular service hours.
• Overtime, weekend, and holiday rates must be approved by the ordering department.
• Overtime hourly rate of 150% (1.5x) the regular hourly rate is applicable to weekday evening hours (Monday through Friday, 4:30 pm - 7:00 am, non-holidays).
• Weekend and holiday hourly rate of 200% (2x) the regular hourly rate
- Emergency situations:
• In the event of an emergency situation (pandemic, snowstorm, etc.), contractor should be prepared to supply the university with the items and services on this bid as required.
• This plan should include emergency contract information, product and service level availability, staffing, equipment, and logistics plan.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
