The vendor is required to provide that curriculum and catalogue management system standardize and streamline the creation, management, and publication of curriculum and course catalogues and improve.
-System that but is not limited to:
•Must deliver a unified tailored to the needs of state council on admissions and transfer members.
•The solution must support standardized processes and nomenclature across multiple institutions,
ensuring compatibility with ministry guidelines, education planner state systems, and state council on admissions and transfer frameworks.
•To ensure that the system integrates efficiently with existing institutional student information
systems, agency and state council on admissions and transfer platforms.
•To facilitate transparent, accessible, and up-to-date program and course information for students,
enabling smoother transfers between institutions and alignment with the state council on admissions and transfer guide.
•To enable members to collaborate on shared programs, credentials, and micro-credentials by
providing a system that allows for joint curriculum development and tracking.
•To support reporting requirements through dynamic reporting dashboards, analytics, and
exportable data for compliance, audit, and policy development including timely access to
comprehensive curriculum and catalogue data that enables evidence-based decision-making for
both the ministry and institutions, while reducing manual reporting burdens.
•To replace legacy curriculum and catalog processes with a digital, automated system that supports
workflow approvals, version control, and audit trails.
•To ensure compliance with provincial privacy accessibility, and cybersecurity standards to protect sensitive student, program, and institutional data.
•To procure a cost-effective, scalable, and future-proof system that meets the needs of diverse institutions of varying sizes and supports long-term operational sustainability.
