The Vendor is required to provide software applications or platforms that manage candidate reference checks.  
- List any software or interface system that would be required to use in our environment; for example:  web browsers, browser plug-ins, system extensions, databases, call management software, third party software, etc.
- Levels and methods of security authentication and authorization built into your system.
- Provide information on how this is done for other customers you currently support.
- Provide service capability model for your recommended service delivery, including the following:
• Service offerings and agreements
• Operational support and analysis
• Planning, protection and optimization    
- Clearly specify any other service/vendor model with which your solution can integrate.
- Provide details in the setup, maintenance, and support of your solution with regard to roles and responsibilities.
- Process for issue escalation, change or version control, and associated service level agreements.
- Testing procedures prior to changes being implemented, and address the customer’s role, if any, in testing procedures.
