The Vendor is required to provide for an enterprise asset management (EAM) software platform solution.
- EAM software platform include:
• Implement data management tools with a focus on collecting and analyzing data to develop and manage effective asset programs and strategies.
• Ensure agency continues to meet mandatory regulatory requirements.
• Support agency asset management, preventive maintenance, condition assessment, and capital planning programs.
• Enable the tracking of costs and activities for the entire life cycle of all assets
• To adopt a scalable solution that can support the growth and long-term vision for agency asset management programs
• Ensure platform sustainability through the effective training and development of internal data stewards and software administrators to eliminate reliance upon third party software vendors
• Provide GIS access to leverage existing inventory data currently used to manage and track agency assets.
• Make (mobile) investigations and work activities more efficient and transparent across all divisions.
• Enable stronger decision-making capabilities by capturing costs and provide the ability to develop effective budget forecasts.
• Streamline the process of receiving customer service requests, issuing work orders, and tracking resolution.
• Incorporating organizational KPI reporting and increasing inter-departmental awareness.
• Ensure alignment of organizational goals thru reporting of metrics.
