RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide an online reservation system and sales, and other related services for agency.
- Must develop, update (as needed and requested), and maintain a website that allows visitors to reserve vehicle parking at the bells, e-bike access to the bells, and shuttle seats to the bells website.
- Must also be able to sell maroon bells annual passes (for $25 each); implementation of this would require prior coordination with the forest service.
- Must also provide customer service and support for visitors who are interested in making a reservation, having technical issues with the site, and/or have questions via a phone/call center, email, and chat.
- Must employ a point of sales system that allows for same-day shuttle, parking, and e-bike tickets to be purchased if/when capacity permits.
- Must install and maintain a system that confirms reservations of shuttle riders as they aboard the shuttle.
- Must install and maintain a system that confirms tickets of e-bike users as they pass the welcome station.
- Must provide a webpage/portal that allows visitors to manage (i.e., cancel or change) their reservation without having to contact customer service.
- A full refund must be provided if the visitor cancels their reservation within 72 hours of the day/time of their reservation.
- Must collect and disseminate each of these confirmation counts by time, day, and month throughout the season.
- Must provide internet service at the welcome station.
