The Vendor is required to provide an objectives and key results system (OKR) delivered through a SaaS (software as a service) model for the port
- The OKR system include:
• Enhance transparency and alignment across the organization.
• Improve performance tracking and accountability.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and goal achievement.
• Provide actionable insights through advanced analytics and reporting.
- Provide a software-as-a-service key performance indicators (KPI), OKR, performance, and goal management system that includes implementation services, analysis, configuration, migration from a previous OKR system, and training.
- Ability to facilitate development, deployment, and integration as follows:
• Creation and management of OKRS at different organizational levels
(Century agenda, organization, team).
• Real-time tracking and monitoring of progress towards goals.
• Integration with existing tools and systems (e.g., project management, communication platforms).
• Comprehensive reporting and predictive analytics capabilities.
• User-friendly interface and experience for all stakeholders.
• Training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
• Built in data visualization capabilities.
• Role based permissions for access.
• Ability to delegate actions and activities.
• Ability to track and audit activity.
• Inherent import/export capabilities to support future integrations with other port managed systems
• Ability to query data, run standard reports, automate the sending of reports, and configure dashboards.
