The vendor is required to provide furnish and install a complete card physical access control system (PACS) including all necessary hardware and all operating and applications software necessary to perform the operation as called for in this specification.
- All interlocking, wiring and installation of control devices associated with the equipment listed below shall be provided.
- The access system is fully installed and operational, the contractor and representatives of the owner will review and check out the system. at that time, the contractor shall demonstrate the operation of The system and prove that it complies with the intent of the specifications.
- Provide services and manpower necessary for commissioning of the system in coordination with the owner’s representative.
- The project includes design, delivery, installation, integration, training, and support for a PACS that will:
• Control and monitor access to municipal buildings.
• Provide secure credential-based access for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Enable centralized management and reporting.
• Integrate with existing municipal it and security systems.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. - System requirements

• Provide on-site training for system operators.
• The training will be hands-on type at the owner’s office.
• The training will include:
o System overview
o System operation
o System maintenance.
