The Vendor is required to provide innosoft fusion recreation management software, or equivalent, for its department.
- This software is to provide a consolidated tool to manage and report all facets of a comprehensive collegiate recreation department and program areas within.
- This management tool will allow university recreation to be able to identify areas for improvement, to allow for greater efficiency in financial management and performance review, and to allow for the ability to provide feedback to leadership inquiries with ease.
- University recreation is comprised of five different program areas: intramural sports, club sports, fitness, aquatics, outdoor recreation plus three facilities.
- The department engages with multiple types of customers, both internal (students, faculty, staff) and external (community members, affiliates, an industry colleagues in the local geographical area).
- The innosoft fusion recreation management software must be able to provide the following minimum functionalities:
• Support accounts receivable transaction activity, to include incoming payments via credit card and CINO (the university’s “one-card”) cash by customers.
• Provide a storefront and web presence that is desktop and mobile friendly that allows for point-of-sale registration of classes, events, inventory and services that university recreation offers in conjunction with a back-end solution that allows editing and customization of fields and components.
• Provide reporting to support daily reconciliation and on-going processing that fully integrates with the university’s current ERP system which is county colleague.
