The Vendor is required to provide an educational software platform to supplement district-wide educational goals for k-12 reading (ELA), mathematics, science, and/or social studies courses.
- The platform is expected to enhance personalized learning, improve operational efficiency, and empower teachers and administrators with actionable insights.
- Specifically in reading (ELA), platforms should align with the 5 pillars of literacy: phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension.
- For mathematics, platforms should support students in building conceptual understanding of mathematics and the development of procedural fluency- the ability to accurately and efficiently carry out mathematical procedures.
- Platforms should support teachers in meeting the needs of all students, including those who receive the following services: English language development, specialized learning, and gifted.
- Software platforms will be deployed in alignment with multi-tiered system of supports, standards-aligned curriculum, and comprehensive framework for enhancing academic outcomes for all students.

• Methodology for frequently identifying or diagnosing students’ unfinished learning and directing students to content that addresses their specific needs.
• Capabilities to provide robust reporting dashboard tools for tracking an individual student and classroom level for the teacher to monitor product usage, growth and achievement.
• Dashboard/reports that contain detailed performance and progress information in both written and graphical forms to facility the use of the scores for instructional planning and decision-making.
• Allowance for exporting test results to be uploaded into the district data management system.
• Reporting that provides parents/guardians and others with necessary information about the progress of the learner so that they may provide support at home or outside the school setting.
