The Vendor is required to provide to develop, design, implement, maintain, and host a web-based child support employer portal, the state directory of new hires, national medical support notification program (NMSN).
- Child support employer services portal (CSESP):
• Report new hire and rehire information in compliance with the state new hire (SNH) program;
• Report and update information concerning health coverage in compliance with the national medical support notice (NMSN);
• Receive and respond to income withholding order(s) (IWO);
• Receive and respond to lump sum or bonus payment(s) notification;
• Receive and respond to request for verification of employment (VOE);
• Receive and respond to additional program forms and notifications as requested by the state;
• Report employee termination, leave of absence, or return from leave;
• Maintain accurate contact and demographic information for employers to ensure prompt issuance of documentation;
• Provide a means for the state to proactively communicate with employers, i.e., web messaging, chat, or bulletin board postings; and
• Provide employers the ability to ask questions and receive assistance with questions related to child support.
- Must maintain a relational database that can be easily modified to accommodate all future State system changes/enhancements required as the result of Federal or State changes in law, regulation, or programmatic need.
- Provide each registered employer with a dashboard to be displayed upon subsequent log-in that provides an overview of all current, pending, and completed activities;
- Must process the daily data file through address normalization software, approved by the State, prior to transmitting the file to the State.
