The vendor required to provide small software application development software needs can be best met by using commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software.
- COTS is not the best solution, the state may elect to either use modified off-the-shelf (mots) software or develop custom software applications.
- Contractor's agreements with vendor manager (VM) and VM software provider.
• The state is a third-party beneficiary of the VM master services agreement.
• You cannot participate in this contract unless you have and maintain a contract with the then-current VM.
• The state is a third-party beneficiary of the VM software use agreement (at the time of publication, dot staff is the name of the vendor management software, which is provided by dot staff; the current VM software use agreement is entitled “dot staff access terms”).
• The VM software use agreement is incorporated into the VM master services agreement.
• It is possible that a new VM software use agreement will apply; the requirements of this subsection will continue to apply as to the new VM software use agreement.
• Additional enrollment documentation may be required by the VM.
• Failure to provide this documentation to the VM will preclude you from participating in this contract.
