- Learning Management function is responsible for the systematic planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs across the organization.
- This includes managing employee training, certifications, and accreditations to ensure that staff maintain the necessary competencies for their roles.
- This fragmented approach has resulted in decentralized processes, inconsistent practices, and data maintained in standalone systems.
- Provide to implement an integrated, end-to-end learning management system that will centralize learning activities and standardize processes across the organization.
- The new solution will enable agency to:
• Plan, deliver, track, and report on all learning and development initiatives through a single platform.
• Improve efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of learning records and certifications.
• Enhance reporting and analytics to support informed decision-making.
• Ensure employees are equipped to adapt to evolving industry standards, technologies, and procedures.
