The Vendor is required to provide the process of developing plans to identify a “strategic Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Journey Partner” to revamp its existing diverse portfolio of ERP product eco system supporting its core business processes.
- Collect information and recommendations regarding qualified consulting firms (Journey Partners) that can provide strategic, program-level and hands-on execution support for a multi-year ERP transformation project across Finance, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Budget domains.
- The transformation is expected to be phased over multiple years, to include overall ERP transformation strategy, ERP product selection, ERP integrator vendor selection, requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, data migration / conversion, testing, organizational change management, deployment, stabilization and ongoing production support.
- Objectives
• Understand market approaches and capabilities for complex ERP implementations
• Identify firms that can act as impartial journey partners (strategy + execution oversight)
• Capture indicative costs, pricing models and assumptions
• Collect details on prior methodologies used for successful results, staffing, governance models
• Demonstrated success with ERP data conversions, migration of ERP platforms across multiple vendors with deep expertise in local county government of the scale and scope of County
• Track record of delivering excellent program governance, risk management and benefits realization
• Detail experience with HCM modules across recruitment, HRIS core, benefits, learning, and payroll and talent management.

• Data conversion & Migration Strategy to successfully move current data over to the new ERP platforms

- End to End and User Acceptance
• Perform end-to-end integration testing across enterprise systems/functional domains like Finance, budget and HR and achieve successful user acceptance.
