The Vendor is required to provide the use of a claims management solution to manage current and past claims.
- The solution will track the lifecycle of incidents and claims, have robust search tools, and provide comprehensive reporting tools on all business objects stored in the system.
- The service provider is expected to provide a mature secure solution and expertise in the public sector domain of claims, insurance, and risk management.
- The solution must be commercially available, hosted, secure, reliable, available, and configurable.
- System Requirements
• The solution shall support recent versions of Chrome and Microsoft Edge on Windows 11 or newer.
• The solution shall provide easy to use report building tools for all business objects.
• The solution shall be able to export all reports as CSV/Excel in both unformatted and formatted versions.
- Usability Requirements
• The solution shall use modern responsive web application principles.
• The solution shall be able to search for text strings in all business objects and in attached PDF documents.
- The solution shall retain secure, encrypted backups and be able to restore operations from disruption within one business day after service is restored.
- The solution shall present a login screen within 10 seconds of URL entry
- The solution should complete transactions within 5 seconds of an action
- The solution shall encrypt all information in transit.
- The solution shall maintain an audit log of all changes to fields (date/time, who)
- The solution shall use roles, groups and permissions to control access to data fields, business objects, supporting documents, and reports.
