RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide to replace the current online liquidation claims processing system (OLCP) to modernize its technology and realize benefits of increased workflow automation, improved customer service, scalability, and stability.  
- The system then receives and processes returned POC forms, assigning unique identification numbers and prioritizing claims according to statutory classes.
- The System will enable the Department to better manage multiple concurrent liquidations, streamline claims processing, reduce manual information technology processes, improve data extraction from companies under liquidation, and enhance communication with claimants, guaranty associations, and other stakeholders. These improvements will benefit policyholders, claimants, and other parties involved in the liquidation process of insolvent insurance companies in the State.
- A conceptual model that defines the structure, behavior, and description of the PaaS solution, including design of all integration points, methods, technologies, and data exchange patterns.
- The plan will also incorporate organizational change management strategies, including training, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption.
- Comprehensive checklist of all pre-launch verification items, including stakeholder communication activities, to ensure a successful and coordinated transition.
