The Vendor is required to provide lifeguard program to ensure public safety at all the beaches.
- Provide the following deployment, incident reporting, communications and training services as specified for an estimated 500 users.
- Computer Aided Deployment
• Provide the required services to support the district-wide deployment platform for the district's aquatics operations.
• Ability to use program on desktop, laptop, phone, and tablet in real-time.
• Adjustable features including ability to update and change rosters and lifeguard tower units.
• Ability to deploy users to specific incident locations.
• Allow customization of incident numbers.
• Real-time updates of current incidents.
- Incident Reporting
• Provide the necessary mobile network and the hardware required to capture and document incidents and public safety reporting and analytics.
• Ability to automate reports.
• Ability to incorporate weather information on incidents.
- Location Analytics
• Provide location data services to support decision making.
• Deliverables will include anonymized foot traffic reports, visitor behavior insights, and performance benchmarks.
• These tools will help the agency assess site use, track visitor trends, and allocate resources effectively.
- Public Safety Dashboard
• Provide a public-facing dashboard that shares real-time safety information with the community. The dashboard will be accessible on multiple devices and will display incident updates, alerts, and key safety data to improve transparency and public awareness.
- Communications
• Provide public informational dashboard, inner agency communications, digital forms, staff status and compliance dashboard and public broadcasting capabilities.
• Internal messaging system between users.
• Emergency SMS messaging system.
• Allow users to use discussion portal style posting board where information can be shared and documents can be uploaded.
- Data
• Ability to upload documents, including images and other files for review.
• Documents downloadable in multiple formats including .PDF and .CSV
- Hours of service:
• Support Services shall be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, and 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays.
• Provide access to 24x7 telephone and email support including free telephone support during business hours for setup, installation and support matters.
