The Vendor is required to provide a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution (“Solution”) for interactive campus maps and virtual tours that will facilitate wayfinding and offer opportunity for prospective students to preview a visit to the campus virtually.
- Provide a Solution to provide combined/integrated service of digital campus maps and virtual tours.
- The Solution must be an existing commercial package developed for higher education.

• Lead generation form, which must integrate via API, web hook or secure export to CRM systems
• Wayfinding:
o Initial creation of wayfinding routes throughout the render boundary and within buildings leading to entrances/exits, rooms, staircases, and/or elevators
o Point-to-point navigation
o Accessible wayfinding (i.e., wheelchair routes)
o Ability to custom tours, e.g., self-guided tours of various buildings, athletic facilities
o 2 revisions of route data
• Exterior renderings of Valhalla campus buildings:
o 3D renderings of approximately 7 campus buildings
• Full-service map set-up
o Creation of all categories, locations, default setting and map styles in CMS
• 2 rounds of rendering revision

• Keyboard navigable tour
• 12 tour stops with 360˚ panorama
• Tour builder CMS with the ability to add tour stop descriptions, media such as narration, photos and videos
• Ability to add additional hot spots beyond the tour stop locations
• Allows for institutional branding
• External links – main navigation buttons to main campus site, e.g., Apply, ability to add links on the map or descriptions
• Mini-map for navigational purposes, so users can quickly jump to other tour stops
• Publish/share feature
- Events Calendar (Optional)
• Public-facing web-based event calendar
• Event management – create events with categories such as audience (student, faculty/staff, alumni), event type (performance, lecture, etc.), recurring dates, venue location, etc.
• Ability to display events on interactive map platform
• CMS or admin dashboard for managing events, users and media
• Role-based permissions, organized by departments, offices or other categories
• Event creation with approval workflow process
• Seamless multi-event registration, i.e., easily create a series of events or recurring events
• API and/or customizable events widget to pull events listing into another website based on a filter or category
• Event registration and ticketing – process registration and tickets or integrate seamlessly with a system that does
