The vendor required to provide parking access and revenue control system (PARCS) across the airport campus.
- This includes the design, construction, procurement, management, and integration of infrastructure, equipment, and technology to support airport-wide parking operations.
• Replacement of the existing PARCS, including supporting systems (hardware, software, infrastructure) at all entry and exit lanes.
• Procurement and integration of specialized systems such as license plate recognition (LPR), automated parking guidance, valet, virtual permits, reservations, and revenue optimization, via trade packages.
• Expansion of parking guidance and mobile LPR enforcement systems, including employee permit applications.
• Construction modifications to support parking operations during project implementation, including temporary relocation of parking, signage, finishes, and building systems (mechanical, electrical, security, etc.).
• Work at multiple campus-wide sites, including all major garages, lots, and parking facilities.
• Implementation of new signage, wayfinding (digital/static), and lighting.
• Structural design, demolition, commissioning, and activation.
• Compliance with airport sustainability, design, and construction standards.
• Collaboration with the airport’s project team to refine scope, align with schedule and budget, and enhance the user experience for both operators and the public.
• Coordination with adjacent and future projects and integration with existing airport systems to maintain uninterrupted operations.
