- A particular focus will be placed on virtual care solutions and services tailored to the primary care context.
- The solution will enable integration of health information across virtual and in-person care access, streamline workflows, and provide data for monitoring system performance, with the successful proponent expected to deliver scalable, patient-centered technologies aligned with strategic health goals and regulatory requirements.

• Virtual Care Technology Solution: Replacement of the existing technology for virtual care, in a virtual care solution, including service desk, and user-end support
• Clinical Client Relationship Management (CRM) Solution: Implementation of a new waitlist, case management and care coordination solution
• Integration of both solutions to existing and future systems, including but not limited to a primary care EMR, e-referral systems, agency and clinical applications
• Managed service - Virtual Care Clinical Bench: Enhance existing virtual care capacity, to supplement the agency clinical capacity including primary care and emergency healthcare providers.
