Project Online Replacement Services

The Vendor is required to provide an assessment and implementation and migration from Microsoft project online to Microsoft planner and project plan 5, and other Microsoft related addons as deemed required, to meet current functionality and board processes and provide future services that may be required to enhancement the usage of the Microsoft project and portfolio management solution.
- Required to assess Microsoft Planner with Project Plan 5 in the context of board business processes and technical environment, identify gaps and recommend potential addon out of the box Microsoft solutions configured to address those gaps.
- Must deliver a detailed, actionable implementation plan for the required solution which includes migration of data that aligns to target completion date of June 30, 2026.
- Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:
•    Confirmation and documentation of requirements
•    Configuration including workflows, user roles, security setup and reporting
•    Integration with existing systems,
•    Data conversion and migration, from project online
•    Quality assurance to ensure solution delivered for board users acceptance testing aligns to requirement including delivery of a requirements traceability matrix
•    Support board testing activities
•    User training guides and documentation,
•    Cutover planning and deployment
•    Warranty support post go live.
