The vendor required to provide enterprise resource planning (ERP) vendors and ERP implementers as it prepares to replace its existing finance and ERP solution.
- Project management
•    Integration capabilities: explain how the ERP solution integrates with the m365 platform, as well as integrates with other municipal systems and supports API connections. 
•    Share examples of custom integrations completed for other clients if possible.
•    Data migration approaches: 
o    Data migration is approached in the system, from a system like microsoft dynamics GP. 
•    Provide details on tools and methodologies used if applicable. 
•    User experience: highlight features that enhance usability, such as mobile access, dashboards and personalized portals. 
•    Workflow automation: streamline and automate workflows including notifications, reminders to improve efficiency and reduce errors. 
•    Electronic document delivery: enable the electronic sending of key finance documents, such as paystubs, tax bills, and invoices, to enhance accessibility and reduce paper usage. 
•    Security: detail the security measures and controls in place to protect sensitive municipal data. 
•    Audit trails: highlight the comprehensive tracking and logging features that facilitate thorough audits and ensure transparency. 
•    Data visualization: highlight the tools available for creating interactive dashboards, customizable reports and real-time monitoring 
•    Compliance with municipal financial standards as well as provincial regulations.
- Deployment and transition to operations
•    The potential risks and limitations that should be considered with a single shared ERP solution. 
•    The county is looking to understand the benefits and risks for a shared ERP solution
•    The ERP solution typically supports a shared architecture across eight different entity organizations while keeping the data segregated across the entities.
•    The preferred implementation approach and plan including sequencing of activities for the transition and cutover to the new ERP from the existing microsoft dynamics GP.
•    The ERP solution (including additional functionalities, unique tools, future products, support for emerging technologies) and recommended implementation approach that the county.
