The Vendor is required to provide and implement a curriculum management system (“system”) in support of the district’s three colleges.
- Replace or modernize the current system to improve efficiency and data integrity in the course and program management process, by integrating with ellucian’s banner and producing a college catalog that is modern and up-to-date.
- Solution must seamlessly integrate with Ellucian’s Banner ERP system, reducing redundant manual data entry and ensuring consistency across platforms.
- The System should enable the creation and publication of a modern, accessible College Catalog in both online and PDF formats, reflecting current academic offerings and institutional standards.
- This Project encompasses not only the deployment of the System but also associated services such as workflow development, reporting capabilities, data migration from legacy systems, training for District users, and ongoing technical support.
- Work includes these deliverables as well as the associated training and documentation needed for implementing and maintaining the system after the implementation.
