- The current solution faces limitations including outdated technology, technical issues with agency authentication, significant barriers for user access, and poor data management.
- The portal’s functionality, accessibility, and data management capabilities to ensure that childcare providers can efficiently develop, update, and store compliant emergency response plans.
- Solution will keep an audit trail of all users accessing the Solution including who is logged in and the time of the user’s login
- Solution will maintain a history of all changes made by a user in the Solution.
- Solution’s capability to maintain a history of actions and version control capabilities, identifying any limitations.
- Solution supports integration with third-party or external platform(s).
- The logical and physical security measures to ensure that access to the system and its underlying data are protected.
- The deployment process for new feature(s) addition; enhancement of current features (include the various environments i.e., test and production; that will be made available for the Agency).
- Communication process and frequency to the team and major stakeholders.
