The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive Atlassian software licensing options for core platforms (such as collaboration, service management, and productivity tools) to support the County’s environment.

•    Ensure compliance with Atlassian licensing policies
•    Provide guidance on optimal licensing models and cost-effective solutions (such as consolidation, upgrades, or downgrades), and
•    Provide strategies for managing add-ons or marketplace integrations to enhance functionality.
- Provide access to advanced support and escalation paths.
- Provide guidance on product lifecycle planning, including upgrade strategies and alignment with product roadmaps.
- The County utilizes atlassian jira as a central platform for project management, issue tracking, and workflow automation, alongside Jira Service Management for IT service delivery and support.
- These tools enable the County to manage projects, coordinate tasks, track incidents, and streamline service requests, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and improved user experience across departments.
- To maintain compliance, security, and operational effectiveness, the county requires qualified atlassian solution providers to supply and manage licensing for its jira and service management environments.
