RFP Description

The vendor required to provide cloud-based applicant tracking system (ATS) that is configurable, flexible, and designed to optimize the full talent acquisition lifecycle.
- Solution will streamline and enhance the recruitment and hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers, supporting departments, and the talent acquisition team.
- ATS must support the complete recruitment process – from job creation and sourcing through offer, pre-employment activities, and onboarding. 
- The platform should accommodate multiple hiring workflows, provide granular access controls by user group or role, and integrate seamlessly with internal systems and external partners to ensure a cohesive and efficient hiring ecosystem.
- A successful solution will provide a modern, intuitive user interface, robust analytics and reporting capabilities, and automated workflows that reduce manual effort and support compliance. 
- The system should include a dedicated testing or training environment to allow for ongoing process improvements, updates, and end-user learning without disruption to the production environment.
- Key functional goals include enhancing speed and consistency of hiring, improving transparency and communication across stakeholder groups, strengthening data accuracy and compliance, and elevating the overall candidate experience. 
- ATS partner should demonstrate the ability to support long-term growth, evolving business needs, and continuous innovation.
