The Vendor is required to provide new case management software.
- This software is used daily by office staff with different roles to track and manage everything associated with all open and closed office cases.
- Software must include customizable fields, assignment functionality with notifications, analytical reporting features for a variety of metrics, role-based user access levels, file management uploading/editing), audit logs, tasks lists, and external emailing from within the platform all with an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
- The full cost of installation, migration of legacy data, HRIT integration PeopleSoft), Possibility of ASPEN integration, integration with the office web-form or ability to embed a complaint-form within the office website, user training and licenses for 60 users.
- The office will consider both locally installed and cloud-based SaaS options.
