• Managed application services responsibilities include application development, enhancements and customizations, break-fix support, patching, upgrades, and continuous improvement of applications.
• This support is inclusive of in-scope department applications, department enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications, as well as any future state applications and systems.

- Managed application services server level support (MAS-SLS)
• server level support (MAS-SLS) provides support services in a productive and efficient manner leveraging centralized capacities and resources that can support several applications across the portfolio.
• SLS services are generally viewed as any configuration management item that is required by an application within the portfolio above the operating system.
