The vendor required to provide oracle reporting and analytics solution on an “as needed” basis.
- Technical requirements
•    Full compatibility with oracle fusion cloud ERP/HCM/EPM
•    Ability to ingest and report from multiple data sources, including:
o    Oracle fusion cloud rest
o    County data warehouse
•    Web-based platform accessible without local software installations
•    Strong security model including role-based access, SSO, audit trails, preferably with ability to inherit some security from fusion or OCI.
•    Performance suitable for a district with more than 12,000 employees and more than 100 locations
- Functional requirements
•    Development of dashboards, analytics, and standardized reports
•    Custom report building
•    Ad hoc self-service reporting for power users
•    Pixel-perfect financial documents
•    Automated scheduling and distribution
•    Real-time or near real-time reporting from fusion
•    Archival reporting for historical data
•    Drill-down, drill-around, and cross-module navigation
•    Pre-built templates for k-12 finance and HR preferred
- Implementation services
•    Project management and coordination with country oracle implementation project team
•    Ability to implement within the oracle implementation project timeline (preferably a timeline estimate)
•    Requirements workshops
•    Technical design and configuration
•    Integrations with oracle fusion environments (test, dev, prod)
•    Historical data mapping and migration strategy
•    User acceptance testing (UAT) support
•    Administrator training
•    End-user training (district-wide)
•    Documentation and knowledge transfer
- Support and maintenance
•    Ongoing product support, including upgrades, patches, and enhancements
•    Dedicated account management
•    Defined SLAs (response times, severity levels)
