• Current roll year assessment data.

• Current and historical deed references.
• Tax mapping data and associated history.
• Tentative and final assessment rolls for each municipality.
• Property and school tax billing and payment history (current and prior years)
• Comparable property search capabilities, including recent sales within a specified date range.
• Parcel split and subdivision tracking with hierarchical relationships.
• Extended notes and document imaging support for historic records (e.g., deeds, sales records, survey maps).
• Integrated hyperlinks to the agency office of real property tax services, local municipalities, school districts, the county interactive mapping website, and county tax maps.
• Property owners shall be able to submit online correction requests for parcel-level inventory data.
• Generate, display, print, and download comparable property sales reports
• The system shall allow daily user updates and unlimited public user queries.
• The system shall provide batch export functionality for parcel data in popular formats (e.g., excel, csv).
