RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide to license LinkedIn’s hiring enterprise program– a hiring platform informed by 1b+ global professionals updated in real time to attract, hire, develop, and retain employees through a combination of unique data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
- The platform assists in finding the right candidate through search and recommend matches, building meaningful connections with candidates through enhanced messaging, and managing a pipeline of both active and passive candidates for powerful collaboration and analytic tools.
- LinkedIn Recruiter (team-wide access w/ 1 Hiring Assistant Seat)
•    A hiring platform to quickly source, connect with, and manage qualified candidates.
•    Search the entire LinkedIn network with access to more than 1.1b+ members.
•    Identify candidates with the right skills and experience using keyword search, Boolean search, and 40+ advanced filters, including unique-to-LinkedIn filters.
•    Set up search alerts to get notified of new candidates that meet criteria.
•    View candidate recommendations tailored to open jobs or active projects.
•    Communicate directly with candidates using in mail, including bulk messaging, calendar sharing, message templates, out-of-office replies, and message filtering.
•    Organize work and collaborate with teammates using recruiter projects.
•    Recruiter corporate seats: flexible access to proactively source active and passive talent from
•    LinkedIn professional networking platform. Allotment of 150 inmails per month per seat holder.
•    Hiring assistant seat: AI-powered agent built directly into recruiter that surfaces qualified candidates and automates repetitive hiring tasks (e.g., candidate search and outreach) to speed up and improve recruiting process.
- LinkedIn job slots (ability to promote all job opportunities across LinkedIn network) 
•    Job slots: reserved job postings with ability to change, update and remove on demand with unlimited allotment for promotion
•    Distributed on desktop and mobile linkedin.com for automated, scalable sourcing.
•    Targeted job promotion across LinkedIn feed, mobile app, and email.
•    Job wrapping integration: automatically posts jobs to linkedin.com from external sources such as applicant tracking system or careers site, and posted via job slots.
o    Auto-updates job postings from multiple sources.
o    Manages job slot inventory.
o    Complete control of posting strategy.
o    Integrates with LinkedIn recruiter.
- Career page (5-tab view w/ ~900k annual traffic driver ad impressions)
•    Career page (large enterprise advanced package): designated life page on farmingdale state college's LinkedIn company page for the institution to showcase and spotlight its employee value proposition to prospective candidates. Includes a five-tab view and traffic driver ad campaign with ~900k annual impressions.
•    Exclusively available on linkedin.com, media-rich career pages tell employer branding story, drive awareness, and spotlight job opportunities.
•    Directly tied to farmingdale state college’s LinkedIn company page and presents as a “life” tab.
•    Features such as traffic drivers and company discovery ads target both active and passive job seekers.
- Dashboard manager seat:
•    Ability to post and manage jobs in LinkedIn recruiter dashboard.
