• The shelter management system must be accessible for use on android and iOS.
• The shelter management system pet adoption Application, English and Spanish versions, must accommodate all levels of customer technical skill to complete the online pet adoption application.
• The department application must allow designated department users to post add/edit pet content.
• Installation, configuration, and testing of software that meets city standards.
• The system must have the ability to allow administrators to edit content and make updates as needed.
• The system must allow department to easily add and manage all their animals, including add/edit content from back end.
