• Remain up to date with current package tracking software and associated wireless devices and functionalities.
• Continue to increase operational efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Select a vendor who provides flexibility and ability to add and change functionality at a minimal cost.
• Provide and necessary training to the end users, system administrators and technical administrators.
• Ensure software functionality is consistent with regular business hours, 7 am – 5 pm MST, Monday to Friday.
• Utilize wireless barcode scanners and delivery handheld technology to continue operational efficiency.
